With over 20 years of experience in senior care, nursing administration, and healthcare regulation, Tiombe brings an unmatched perspective to every layer of service delivery. She’s not just behind the scenes – she’s hands-on, setting the standard that Greenleaf follows every day.
A proud graduate of Howard University, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and national certifications in Gerontology and Case Management. Her career includes roles as Director of Nursing, Wound Care Nurse, Utilization Manager for BCBS Medicaid, and Nurse Educator across hospital, college, and long-term care settings.
As a former Licensure Consultant with the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation (NC DHSR), she’s helped others stay compliant — and now uses that same precision to shape how Greenleaf delivers care: thoughtfully, transparently, and consistently.
